Salt Lake City, Utah, January 15, 2019, – With millions of dollars in merger and acquisition sales each year, business owners need to become savvy deal makers. An event for CEOs and Owners looking to sell their businesses is coming to Salt Lake City this February.
NOW CFO and other area businesses have teamed up with Blue Sky Advisors to sponsor a full day Conference, titled “ELEVATE: The Entrepreneur’s Playbook for Maximizing Value.” The Elevate Conference is geared towards business owners looking to sell their company in the next 3-5 years.
The conference will run through the Merger and Acquisition process chronologically to help CEOs preparing for a sale. Attendees will learn the merger and acquisition process and what business owners can do to increase their company’s sale price.
Panelists and speakers include members from private equity groups, local banks, finance groups and business owners who have experience with business sales. The event will provide insight into the process of selling a business from the perspective of both buyers and sellers.
NOW CFO is excited to have Chris Badger represent the company as a panelist for “The Due Diligence/ Negotiation Process—What to Expect” panel and the “Presale Preparation” panel.
