Employers can determine their eligibility and claim their employer tax retention credits for 2020 and 2021 using a new, faster application program launched by Free Tax Cash.

—
Business owners who were affected by the pandemic in 2020 and 2021 may be eligible for tax rebates through the federal Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) program, created with the CARES Act. Using a new application process from Free Tax Cash and a team of ERTC specialist CPAs, the entire claim can be completed with a time commitment of 15 minutes or less.

The new application process, called the 15 Minute Refund program, is only available from a single firm of ERTC specialist CPAs. It is guaranteed to maximize the claims of small and medium-sized businesses, with some employers being able to claim up to $26,000 per W-2 employee.
The 15 Minute Refund program is open to any business owner with 500 or fewer full-time employees on average, including new businesses founded during the pandemic, startups, and non-profit organizations. This includes schools, churches, hospitals, and charitable organizations.
Eligible employers must be able to show that they have suffered financial losses because of the pandemic, compared to the same fiscal quarter of the previous year. Businesses may also be eligible if they were affected by government orders, including lockdowns, reduced capacity, or reduced hours.
To determine if a business is eligible, employers can take a brief quiz on the Free Tax Cash website. The no-cost, no-obligation quiz includes 10 simple questions and does not require any proprietary business information.
After completing the eligibility quiz, employers will receive a link to a secure portal where they can complete their application using the 15 Minute Refund program. There is no up-front cost, and employers will not be charged unless they are eligible for a rebate, and complete a claim with the help of the ERTC specialist CPAs. Every claim will also include audit-proof documentation.
Business owners who have already received a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan are also eligible for ERTC tax rebates. Unlike the PPP, tax rebates are not a loan. They have no restrictions on how they can be spent, and do not need to be repaid.
