ERC Fast Refund Non-Profit Application | 2022 CPA Tax Credit Claims Launched

Non-profit organizations, schools, and small businesses can claim up to $26,000 per employee in tax credits, using a new 15 Minute Refund program launched by TrimGov.com.

In 2020, when the government started drafting legislation to create pandemic relief programs, the primary focus was on helping small businesses and their employees. To help these small businesses claim their tax credits before the program hits its funding limit, TrimGov.com has launched a 15 Minute Refund program with the help of a team of ERTC specialist CPAs.

What many employers may not know is that pandemic relief funds are also available to non-profits, including schools, churches, clinics, and hospitals. Any business that has less than 500 full-time W-2 employees, and kept staff members on the payroll through the pandemic, may be eligible for tax credits using the new fast rebate program.

The ERTC program was created with the passing of the CARES Act but has since been modified several times, expanding the eligibility, extending the duration, and increasing the total amount employers can claim. While the maximum amount claimable will vary based on several factors, businesses may claim as much as $26,000 per employee.

TrimGov’s 15 Minute Refund program guarantees each company their maximum allowable rebate, as well as provides audit-proof documentation for IRS support. To find out if they are eligible, employers can complete a brief 10-question form, which requires no proprietary business information.

Eligible businesses will receive a link to a secure server after completing the form, where they can get help from a team of ERTC specialist CPAs to calculate their maximum rebate, and complete the required paperwork for their claim. The entire claim process can be completed in 15 minutes or less, and there is no cost to any company that does not qualify and complete a claim.

Another important amendment that business owners may be unaware of is an expansion of the eligibility to include companies that have already received a loan through the Paycheck Protection Program. These companies can now also qualify for tax credits, and unlike the PPP loans, they do not need to be repaid and have no restrictions on how they can be spent.

Recent satisfied clients of the 15 Minute Refund program include a school in Illinois that claimed $175,000, with 35 W-2 employees. They also helped a presentation design agency in Tennessee to claim $162,979, with only 19 W-2 employees.
