DecentWorld, a Swiss metaverse digital real estate and gaming platform has unveiled its third game called Plasma Maze. The game brings an exciting new activity to the stunning 3D environment of the swiss metaverse. Plasma Maze is the first game on the platform that introduces competitive mechanics allowing people to test their skills against other players.

The objective of the game seems straightforward at first – traverse a maze to get to a platform holding a large glowing key, collect the key and then leave the maze. However, the path along the maze is riddled with obstacles. Platforming sections, traps and plasma turrets that lock-onto the closest player make reaching the goal a feat that requires timing, reflexes and skill. Though arguably the biggest obstacle comes in the form of other players that can attempt to steal the key from whomever is carrying it. Only one player can leave the maze with the key and collect the sizable DWRLD token reward each round.
“We are currently working on our push to significantly expand DentWorld’s game catalogue this year. Plasma Maze was chosen as the first new addition because of its competitive mechanics. Up to this point our games didn’t really pit players against each other, but we saw overwhelmingly positive reactions from our user base as Plasma Maze was launched. Plasma Maze is the third game users of the swiss metaverse can play in their 3D downtown Dubai area. The Unreal Engine powered artistic rendition of the real life Dubai previously had Tile Race and Card Hunt as available games to DecentWorld users. The team behind the project suggested that the catalogue is to be significantly further expanded throughout 2023.
