Online pop up greetings card retailer now expands their presence, with stalls in both Stockport & Bury
CardPop Expansion
Predominantly known as an online retailer, CardPop are now expanding their presence with two stalls in both Bury & Stockport. The stalls will open on rotational weekends and will feature a whole range of cards from the company’s extensive catalogue.
“Not only is this a great project, it’s also an amazing chance for us to interact with our customers,” CEO & founder Christopher Hoole said. “This is where I can find out first-hand what people love about our cards so we can continue to improve and provide the best quality products.” Beginning in February, Mr. Hoole will open his stores to the public, where they can see and purchase the products and talk to Christopher.
The stalls will be open from 9am and will close at 5pm.
2020 & Beyond
CardPop introduced itself to the UK market in 2019. The company began with a carefully selected number of cards which has now grown into a full catalogue of products for a number of occasions and events.
Christopher envisions a year of growth and development for the company, stating “we’re aiming for more designs, better production and wider distribution.” He goes onto say that “we’re always looking for ways to improve, whether it’s the themes of the cards, the way they’re made or even the way they’re packaged. It’s a never-ending exciting project that continues to surprise.” CardPop already trades through its website CardPop and now seeks to expand into physical trading with the introduction of stalls in both Bury & Stockport.
About CardPop
Founded in May of 2019 by Christopher Hoole, CardPop is an independent retailer of 3D popup greetings cards. The company is based in Manchester, England and offers cards for a number of events and special occasions, including birthdays, Christmas, Easter and Valentine’s Day.
The inspiration for CardPop’s range of cards come from origami and kirigami, ancient arts of paper folding. Each card is handcrafted, including the signature 3D sculpture that sits snuggly in the centre of the card. There are varieties of colours, themes & designs for all kinds of situations and each comes with its own laser-cut front cover image and fitted envelope.
Speaking about his experiences so far, Christopher said “I’ve been very pleased with how we’ve performed so far. We want to continue to improve and develop new designs that keep us fresh in the market.” Priced at £6.54, the 3D pop-up cards can be purchased from the CardPop website or at one of the two stalls in Bury and Stockport.
