Employee Retention Credit Eligibility Evaluation | ERC 2021 Application Launched

With a new evaluation process launched through yourERTCsolution.com, employers can determine if they are eligible for tax rebates for wages paid in 2020 and 2021.

In 2020, with the passing of the CARES Act, there were several relief programs created for employers who had suffered financial losses due to the pandemic, and government-ordered shutdowns. Using the new evaluation process launched by ERTC Solutions, employers can have their eligibility for tax rebates assessed by expert accountants.

Though the relief programs were originally easy to understand and apply for, they have gone through several changes and improvements that many employers are unaware of. The recently launched evaluation process is completed by top accountants who specialize in helping employers with up to 500 employees claim their maximum allowable rebate.

One of the key changes to the programs was an expansion to the eligibility requirements, which has opened the program to many more employers. Business owners who enrolled in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) believing it made them ineligible for funds through the ERTC are now also eligible for tax rebates.

While employers can now benefit from both programs instead of having to choose one, there are several important differences. The PPP is a loan program, and funds received will have to be repaid. ERTC is a one-time payout; the funds do not need to be repaid, and there are no restrictions on how they can be spent.

Business owners can now determine their eligibility with no cost, obligation, or proprietary business information by completing a short questionnaire. Expert accountants will then pre-qualify eligible businesses for a rebate, and assist them in maximizing their claims.

Eligible employers can complete their applications by uploading their raw payroll data, PPP loan documents, and 941 returns to the company’s secure server. The entire process takes approximately 15 minutes and is available for wages paid in both 2020 and 2021.

A satisfied client said, “When the Employee Retention Credit was included in the CARES Act, we knew would need help to navigate the guidelines, calculations, and paperwork so that we could maximize our tax credit and get everything filed correctly. We are very pleased with the services.”
