Grant-funded project will have Ohio Small Business Development Center at Cleveland State University cooperating with agency to improve digital marketing of local businesses, LocalBizGuru reports

LocalBizGuru, a leading Internet Marketing Agency, has partnered with the Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Cleveland State University (CSU) to fine-tune the digital marketing of selected businesses in the area. To be funded by an innovation and impact grant that was recently awarded to the Ohio SBDC at CSU, the partnership will see marketing experts conducting an assessment of each client’s situation and then developing an improved Digital Marketing Strategy.
Each participating business will then be provided with a detailed action plan designed to significantly improve its online visibility and digital presence. The grant-funded partnership between the Ohio SBDC and LocalBizGuru will open up valuable new opportunities for businesses that could benefit from assistance with their digital marketing.

The Federal Small Business Administration supports and provides guidance to more than 800 officially recognized Small Business Development Centers nationwide. Ohio alone is currently home to 41 of these, with each offering free information and advice to small-business owners and other entrepreneurs. Many of these centers provide everything from one-on-one counseling and help with writing business plans to advanced, in-depth training courses.
The Ohio SBDC at CSU serves client companies throughout Northeast Ohio that have 500 or fewer employees. Having recently received a grant intended to support additional innovation and impact, the Center chose to work with LocalBizGuru on a new program focused on improving the digital marketing of existing businesses in the region. The Center’s partnership with LocalBizGuru will see Local SEO Experts, advertising and social media specialists, strategists, and other experienced professionals fine-tuning the digital marketing arrangements of companies that are invited to participate.
