A web designer and print designer in Oxfordshire have launched an online garden centre business following on from COVID and the subsequent lockdowns.
— A web designer and print designer are pleased to announce the launch of their new online garden centre business, Garden Tech. Laurence Caro and Mark Foster, both based in Banbury, decided to start an online shop after helping many businesses sell and work more efficiently online over the various lockdowns.
The start-up business launched in September this year and sells a range of garden products, including composters, water butts, planters, and growing aids. Garden Tech provides fast, UK delivery straight from the manufacturers directly to the customer. The product range will be expanding shortly with interest from national garden product manufacturers keen to partner with the new online garden centre.
Laurence commented:
“In the first lockdown we all had had a bit more time on our hands and we were all improving our homes and gardens. After experiencing some poor websites (and customer service) and also poor delivery times, we spotted there was a need for the Garden Tech brand. We can offer fast UK delivery for all Garden Tech products. We are very particular about the products we sell online and each manufacturer has to meet a high level of standard to partner with us.”
Customers can use the website to search for the specific garden accessory that they need. The site also has a news section which is used to highlight new products as they enter the store and exciting updates for all customers.
