Award-winning Photographer, Female Empowerment Advocate, Mentor, Bori Bojthe is sharing her story of lockdown and the Covid pandemic in a story entitled “They say good things happen outside your comfort zone”.
As the UK unleashed the news of the lockdown, single mum of two, Bori, found that her world changed in an instant. Usually, a busy working mum of a growing photography business plus a job, overnight she was plunged into the mighty challenge of home-schooling her children and losing most of her income. She was no stranger to handling a crisis. Striding out of her comfort zone enabled her to pivot her business into a successful online venture.
Bori’s mantra following her lockdown experience is:
“I thought I was strong and bold enough already, but life showed me that there is space for improvement.”
With this book project she believes that it is everyone’s individual role to play our parts in creating the new era and invites people to join in community to do so, leveraging the knowledge, expertise and insights of this book, which will start empowering conversations.
