A new podcast has debuted entitled the 1031 NNN Podcast with host Kathy Heshelow. It covers the powerful strategy for commercial real estate investors and details on a specific passive income type called NNN or triple net.

A new podcast on the subject of the powerful strategy of the 1031 tax-deferred exchange, and investing in passive income triple-net (NNN) properties, has debuted. It is entitled the 1031 NNN Podcast.
Hosted by Kathy Heshelow, a 20 year veteran in the industry, five initial podcasts are available for listeners. New episodes will appear twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th of the month.
“I keep the podcasts relatively short and easy to digest,” says Heshelow, “with the average length between 5 and 7 minutes.” The podcast subject is an interesting area for any commercial real estate investor, helping with wealth strategy.
The 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange is a vehicle whereby one can defer taxes from the sale of commercial real estate by investing the funds into a new property. Some of the details are a little complicated, and the podcasts helps make sense of what to do and the details. It originally began in 1921, and the code has evolved over time.

Heshelow is author of numerous books, including one on NNN properties, another on investment security real estate (TICs), and others on various wellness subjects.
