February, 12, 2019 – AK Aire Heating & Cooling is pleased to announce that Charles Billman has joined the company as General Manager. In this role, Mr. Billman will be responsible for overseeing key operational areas of the business, specifically customer service.

Mr. Billman brings with him over 20 years of experience in the electrical and generator service business. Prior to joining AK Aire, he was General Manager for several industry-leading companies, including Fortune 1000 Vozzcom Electric South Florida, the largest provider of electrical/generator home services for Home Depot, as well as W. Danley Electrical Contracting, one of New Jersey’s largest Generac generator installers.
Over the years, Mr. Billman has received many awards for his work in customer support resolution. He’s also earned customer service awards for 100% satisfaction from Generac, the highest recognition possible for a Protector Series Generac Generator technician. Mr. Billman even played a key role in winning Generac’s Power Pro Premier award for W. Danley from 2013-2018 and the Core Dealer North America award. Beyond Generac, he holds certifications from other manufactures, including Kohler, Briggs and Stratton, and Surge Assure.
