MINDFUL PREGNANCY AND CHILDBIRTH COURSE in mindfulness and meditation studio in Galway. This course is offered to expecting parents, to learn useful techniques not only during the process of childbirth but also for the early days of parenting, postnatal period.

MINDFUL PREGNANCY AND CHILDBIRTH, 8-WEEKS COURSE is starting on Tuesday the 7th of January 2020 @ 7pm- 8.30 pm in mindfulness and meditation studio in Galway.

Mindfulness Haven Galway host meditation classes and mindfulness courses for different needs and groups. This time Mindfulness Haven Galway offers a pregnancy and childbirth preparation course based on mindfulness techniques and massage for childbirth.

This course is offered to expecting parents, to learn useful techniques not only during the process of childbirth but also for early days of parenting, post- natal period, which can be challenging especially for new parents.

Course will be focused on stress and pain managing techniques.

Whether planning for a natural home birth, with minimum interventions, C- section, or prefer medications for pain management during the childbirth, this course will help to find peace with unexpected situations, manage fear and anxiety related to your childbirth and future challenges that parenthood brings, help have more fulfilling and present experience of the birth, and assist with all those changes in life and body that come after bringing your baby home.

Mindfulness techniques, and practice has been linked to greater emotional and mental balance, lowering stress, anxiaty and even perception of pain. Helping to cope with difficult emotions and situations. It has even been reducing or healing trauma connected to previous childbirth experience known as Post-traumatic Stress Disorder.

Pregnancy and childbirth is an amazing process, when approached with awareness and kindness it can be a source of transformation and healing. Providing a chance to meet your deepest fears with acceptance and understanding and opening to joy, love and ease.

Some very specific massage techniques will be introduced for childbirth as well.
