Founder Of Breath Inspired Gains Wim Hof Method Instructor Certification, Becoming The First Thai Person To Do So

Kam, the founder of Breath Inspired, has gained Wim Hof Method instructor certification, becoming the first Thai person to do so.

Having gained a reputation as both the founder of Breath Inspired, an expert in breathwork, and known as The Thai Ice Woman, Kam has become the first Thai person to become a Wim Hof Method instructor in the country. With her instructor certification, she aims to help people manage their stress and experience the many benefits of the Wim Hof Method through workshops, training programs, and retreats.

Wim Hof, famously known as the Ice Man, inspired many across the world with his method of breathwork and Kam has made it her own mission to help the average person gain access to the benefits of the technique. Having practised Wim Hof Method Breathwork for three years as a regular practitioner, she has since levelled up her understanding of the practice, including the all-important cold exposure and mindset techniques that make the method so effective.

As such, Kam has earned the official Wim Hof Method Instructor certification. As the first Thai Wim Hof Method instructor in the world, she aims to offer a whole new population of people a closer relationship with a technique that is already providing benefits across the globe.

Kam is already a well-known figure in Thailand, having risen to prominence after completing a test of endurance that had many people in her country looking on with great interest, taking the challenge of taking zero-degree Celsius ice baths 100 days in a row. She was able to gain a large audience for her challenge by posting her journey on her Breath Inspired social media pages on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. As such, many people got an up-close look for the first time at the positive effect that the ice-cold baths have on mental and physical well-being, including Kam’s experiences of feeling stronger and healthier. From there, Kam wanted to continue showing how the Wim Hof Method can help out those who are dealing with stress, depressed moods, and more.

Her journey toward the mastery of the Wim Hof Method practices she was already taking part in was largely inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertain future and potential impact on the health of the population it represented. Facing her own hatred and even fear of cold temperatures, Kam discovered the potential of the Wim Hof Method and now aims to help others experience those benefits.

Some of the benefits of the Wim Hof Method include the inducement of a meditative state, a more alert mind, even long after the bath, and even physical benefits such as feeling much more energetic. With her Wim Hof Method instruction certificate, Kam aims to help a whole new range of people see that anyone can enjoy these same benefits.
