Kansas City ERTC Rebate Restaurant Eligibility & Application Service Launched

Restaurant owners may still be eligible for pandemic relief funds through the ERC program, which can be claimed using a new fast rebate service launched by DL Consulting and a team of ERC specialist CPAs.

A new partnership between DL Consulting and ERTCExpress is helping restaurant owners throughout Missouri and Arkansas to claim their pandemic Employee Retention Credit (ERC) relief funds for 2020 and 2021, which may be as much as $26,000 per employee.

Though the ERC program officially ended in September 2021, eligible employers can still claim rebates for wages paid during the pandemic. The new eligibility check and fast rebate service can help employers to determine if they qualify, which fiscal quarters they are eligible for, and how much they can claim in rebates.

While the ERC program has been providing tax credits to small businesses since 2020, many employers are unaware that they qualify for rebates. The program has gone through several rounds of amendments, including recent changes that have increased the total amount business owners can claim, and expanded the eligibility to include most small and medium-sized American businesses.

To qualify for the new rebate service, a business must have between 5 and 500 W-2 employees, and have been affected by the pandemic in some way. This may include restaurants that had to limit their indoor seating capacity, offer takeout or delivery only, or temporarily close their doors due to lockdowns.

The new rebate service can help these employers to claim rebates even if they have already received loans through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), or were previously disqualified for having too many employees. Unlike the loans provided by the PPP, rebates claimed with the new application process are not a loan, never require repayment, and have no restrictions on how they can be spent.

Small to medium-sized businesses, startups, and non-profit organizations can use an updated eligibility assessment provided by DL Consulting to determine if they qualify for rebates, with no cost or obligation. The assessment asks 10 simple questions and requires no proprietary business information.

The new fast rebate service is provided with no up-front fees or risk. Any employer that does not qualify or does not receive a rebate will not be charged. Employers that do qualify will not be charged until the end of the first month after they receive their rebate.
