The new marketplace allows clients to browse projects with set pricing and hire talent instantly. Through a five-step process, clients can find, customize, and hire professionals who best suit the requirements of their project.
“We’re pleased to announce that we’re launching Project Marketplace, a new way for talent to earn and for clients, a new way to buy,” said David Ciccarelli. “The Project Marketplace on Voices is an ecommerce store for business people to browse and buy projects listed by voice actors, audio producers, musicians, and translators,” he added.
All projects listed on the marketplace include set prices with guaranteed delivery times. While the packages are predefined, clients can customize them by upgrading or selecting specific add-ons.
The five-step process for buying projects on the new marketplace consists of finding projects, filtering and selecting, customizing the package, filling out payment details, and specifying final requirements. Results can be refined by the type of service (voice over, audio production, music, and translation), price, and delivery time.
Once selected, the package can be customized, with three different levels available: Essential, Enhanced, and Elite. Specific add-ons such as script proofreading, sound effects, and background music can also be selected. During the final requirements step, clients can provide specific instructions such as artistic direction or include NDAs.
Voices believes that its new Project Marketplace will benefit both clients and talent on its platform. For clients, the main benefits are upfront pricing and faster hiring, while voice over professionals will be able to find jobs easier and have more control over their work and rates.
