Drupal Support Service, Drupal Aid, Joins the Drupal Association As Organization Member

Drupal Aid announces that they have joined the Drupal Association as an Organization member. They are cooperating with the Drupal community in an effort to promote the development of applications and websites.

Drupal Aid, a Drupal Support and Maintenance service provided by 2440 Media, is pleased to announce that they have joined the Drupal Association as an organization member. Drupal is an open source framework formed by thousands of experts in web development globally who make contributions of knowledge and experience to the Drupal community. The platform is continuously innovating to provide a secure and sophisticated digital experience. The project was founded eighteen years ago and is one of the best known and respected of its type across the entire industry.

The platform is a content management framework (CMF) written in PHP which scales digital experiences from small sites to large, one installation to many, and from simple use cases to complex ones. Drupal encompasses platforms for citizen use, Ivy League university use as well as major Fortune 500 firms. The support services include answering questions about maintaining the platform, installation of modules and themes, optimizing or resizing images and creating website content. The topics include discussion of website analytics, basic on-page SEO and more.

A representative of Drupal Aid explained, “The Drupal Association employs its funds, resources and networks to take part in programs and projects designed to assist people in understanding Drupal, as well as in the development of the Drupal ecosystem. We are committed to supporting the Drupal Association and the end-users of those who have their websites built upon the Drupal CMS”

Organization Members (https://www.drupal.org/association/organization-membership) are active contributors in the Drupal community. Organization members help to fund the community grants program, as well as supporting the work of drupal.org, DrupalCons, and other projects. Together, the global open source community builds and promotes Drupal. Becoming a member means receiving a membership badge for the website and the drupal.org profile. Members are listed in the Organization Member Directory Listing and receive discounts on goods and services from other participants.
