Hempsey’s Plumbing and Heating got it’s start in 1993 when founder Philip Hempsey decided that it was time to service plumbing customers his own way and provide a more fruitful life to his beautiful family. .
One of the earliest challenges Hempsey’s Plumbing and Heating faced was the residual economic affects of the 1990-1991 recession were still looming. The good news which he was unaware was that 1993 was the beginning of the historical 90’s boom.
