With an extensive career in marketing communications management, Ms. Gratton has served in senior marketing positions in a career spanning more than twenty years.
Ms. Gratton has advised businesses in a wide range of B2C and B2B industries, including national packaged goods, restaurants, Internet technology services and entrepreneurial startups.

For more than seven years Ms. Gratton was a senior manager in FortisBC’s Communications department, a major energy utility serving British Columbia. There, in a fast-paced environment, she oversaw a team of inhouse designers, writers, coordinators and digital marketers, in addition to supervising freelancers and outside agencies.
