The Corekees Foundation announced the launch of its public-funded reforestation campaign which allows investors to reduce their carbon footprints, contribute to the production of sustainable green diesel, and secure an additional source of long-term profit. HVO (hydro-treated vegetable oil) is growing in popularity throughout the world, as it provides an ecologically-sustainable alternative to fossil-based diesel fuel. The Corekees Foundation was established to allow individuals throughout the world to invest in the production of green diesel, thus reducing their carbon footprints and supporting environmentally friendly fuel alternatives.

The company plants Pongamia trees in a silvopastural agriculture system in Paraguay. Each tree can be purchased as a 20-year bond by investors throughout the world. Interests are variable, depending on production output and harvesting profits, the company projecting a cumulative return on investment of 313% after 20 years.

Bonds can be purchased online through the company’s official website. Each bond purchased entitles the investor to variable interests payable over a 20-year period, and can be freely traded based on their unique serial number.

Individual trees are part of batches of 10,000 trees which are planted, maintained and harvested in an ecologically sustainable plantation in Paraguay. Pongamia trees are considered mature in their seventh year after plantation, at which point the company expects investors to see a steady profit of 21% of their initial investment per bond.

Investors are kept up-to-date with the planting, maintenance and harvesting of their trees, and can also visit the plantation site in Paraguay.

For the successful implementation of this program, The Corekees Foundation partners with Investancia, a company operating the largest oil tree reforestation programs in the world.
