Raleigh-based marketing agency The Department of Marketing has relocated to a new office, company leaders said today.
The Department of Marketing moved from its previous location in the Alfred Williams Building on Salisbury Street to just one block over. The DofM’s offices are on the second floor. The Nest’s coworking space on the top floor ideal for hosting networking events and offers additional workspace for the growing company, said DofM Partner Jennifer Suarez.
“We love having our offices downtown,” Suarez said. “Downtown Raleigh is a vibrant community. The Nest offers innovation and creativity from other local and national companies, the sort of energy we thrive on for our work. We’re thrilled to join the family there.”
The Department of Marketing has been located in downtown Raleigh since it began in 2004. The team first had offices on Boylan Avenue before moving to the Alfred Williams Building. A downtown location boosts creativity, gives the team a chance to connect with nearby companies, and even gives some team members the opportunity to walk or bicycle to work, Suarez said.
“The location is also an easy walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants and other meeting spots for clients,” she said. “We look forward to remaining part of this incredible environment.”
