—
Griffin Global Incorporated was named winner of the Business Elite’s Top 40 Under 40 CEO beating out 1000’s other competitors to take home top honors. Business Elite was scheduled to present the award to Griffin Global Incorporated CEO Maurice D. Ravennah in late May of 2020 at a ceremony in Milan, Italy. The ceremony was pushed to October due to Covid-19. Details about the award can be found on the sponsoring company website at BusinessEliteAwards.com.
Potential award recipients were required to be nominated in order to be in contention for the Business Elite’s Top 40 Under 40 CEO, and were judged based on be a new business headquartered in the western hemisphere, showing swift growth, and having vast growth potential. Maurice D. Ravennah, CEO of Griffin Global Incorporated was pleased about the company’s performance, saying:
“Griffin Global Incorporated and Phoenix International Inc. share a CEO and some key staff. A great deal of hard work went into getting to this point and the credit really belongs to the team! Both teams work tirelessly to make business and life better for individuals and companies on a daily basis. Everyone is very excited about this honor, but even more excited about the progress of the many people and businesses they have gotten to help on the road to this point, as well as those yet to come.”
This is just another example of how Covid-19 has made everyone shift their plans, and how everyone must work hard to overcome. CEO Maurice Ravennah expressed an eagerness to get past this season having learned from this disastrous pandemic, and sharing that knowledge with the businesses and individuals the companies work with. Archbishop Desmond Tutu once said, “human beings are human beings through other human beings.” In as much no man is an island, we all have to come together in times both good and bad to progress. when we alienate each-other we become in essence subhuman, acting outside of our nature. This is an ideal of servant leadership that has gotten CEO Maurice Ravennah, Griffin Global Incorporated, and Phoenix International Inc. to where they are today.
