The current education system does not teach people how to resolve the real-life challenges that one has to face. Challenges regarding money-making, relationships, careers, the list goes on. This results in an individual being lost in their path of life. While receiving an education in the current education system, people should also invest time in alternate knowledge systems. These alternate knowledge systems can strengthen an individual’s capacity to deal with life when it hits them with a problem. Most who have reached the pinnacle of success are also inspired by that one person or story that has hit them at the right spot and suddenly things have fallen in order. Something similar happened to Surendran when he attended Brian Tracy’s seminar in Chennai in 2006.
Surendran was asked by Siddharth to share this trigger point. The trigger was spiritual. When nature wants to tutelage, it will hit you and then give you space to realize why? If one fails to realize, nature will hit you again, this process is repeated till that fine day when you realize and learn the lesson. Post this, the same problem will not occur in your life. Successful people when dealing with a problem, do not mull over the problem but instead ponder on the lesson learnt. They introspect while not blaming others, and this was Suren’s takeaway from Brian Tracy. Now with Success Gyan India, he helps people find their calling. Success Gyan holds over 150 seminars yearly (online & offline) and has reached out to 50,000 plus people across 13 cities, and 6 countries. Surendran shares, “Till the 17th century, India was a superpower. Before India was colonised, we had gurukuls and a set of students who would follow one guru or multiple, who does not only embark on traditional knowledge but also knowledge of life. We are lost now as this aspect in life is missing. In present times, coaching resembles a digital gurukul. It is not just to inspire people but to help them with goal setting and achieving. Following leaders like Siddharth and being patient will help a coach achieve a 25L to 1Crore/per month monetary goal. It will not happen overnight, but a coach has to dedicate a minimum of 3 years to the process.”
