Celebrity permanent makeup artist Brow Daddy, a.k.a. Ruben Kasper, is teaming up with two other brow masters, Permanent Beauty by Lili and Face | Amor by Tammy, to teach the two-day master class Next Generation Brows in Toronto Aug. 31 and Sept. 1. at the Adelaide Hotel.
Brow Daddy will be teaching his signature Ombre Powdered Brow technique to students while Lili will focus on her nano stroke technique and Tammy will demonstrate both nano strokes and shading combined. Students will also learn Microblade Color Theory vs. Machine Color Theory and how to set up, clean and use the 24Karat permanent makeup machines they will be receiving as part of the class. In addition to the machine, they will also receive all pigments and other equipment they’ll require during the class.
When completed, students will receive a certificate of participation. To attend the Next Generation Brows master class, participants must already have taken Cosmetic Tattoo Fundamentals & Theory. VIP seating and general admission has already sold out for the class.

The Next Generation Brows class has been in the works for months, with all three collaborators advertising it on their respective Instagram accounts. The reaction from followers has been overwhelmingly positive, with many saying they can’t wait for the class and calling on Brow Daddy to come to their part of the world to teach.
Toronto is “neutral territory” for the three permanent makeup experts involved, as Brow Daddy hails from Las Vegas while both Lili and Tammy come from Calgary. October will see Brow Daddy traveling to Australia and the Netherlands, and also participating in some high-level events later this year in North Carolina and in his hometown of Las Vegas.
