Michigan-based ecommerce company launches progressive online campaign to raise awareness about positive benefits of CBD therapy as well as money for charity. Campaign begins on April 20th, and ends May 1st.
With science supporting CBD as an alternative therapy treatment for anxiety, depression, sleep disorders to PTSD, epilepsy, and chemo side-effects yet still in its infancy, Michigan-based ViveCBD.com–a ecommerce business specializing in both broad and full spectrum CBD products–has launched a social initiative to boost awareness about its mental health benefits and how CBD can restore one’s physical well-being during the post-COVID era.
With scientific evidence suggesting how CBD may now be therapeutic for people suffering from mental and psychical disorders and diseases, it should come as no surprise to anyone that CBD has now gone “mainstream.”
Yet even now with CBD in the mainstream, the stigma associated with Cannabidiol still exists, though, since it comes from Cannabis – also called marijuana.
A Michigan-based company wants to help get rid of that stigma.
“CBD is derived from both cannabis and hemp. Hemp variant is our specialty, because we want to help people suffering from conditions like depression and epilepsy restore their quality of life – and our goal as a company is to raise awareness about how CBD can do that but also how it can help everyone in the age of COVID-19,” says ViveCBD’s Fred Hajjar.
In the COVID-era many have lost their “healthy balance.”
According to the World Health Organization, a “healthy balance” means living in a “state of completely physical, mental and social well-being.” During COVID, gaining weight, not getting enough exercise, not getting proper sleep, losing a job, ending a marriage has created tremendous stress for many– and as a result they’ve gotten thrown off balance
“Being off balance really disrupts your emotional, physical, and social health,” says Hajjar.
Hajjar’s company will launch a social media campaign this month aimed not only at raising awareness about how CBD can restore mental and physical well-being, it will highlight CBD users testimonials via a special contest which will raise money for charity.
“We think the best way to raise awareness about how CBD can change people’s lives is through social media,” suggests Hajjar. “So we’re going to be enlisting the help of CBD users to get the word out to people and as a result we’ll be donating money to several different charities as a way to say thanks to those for helping us raise awareness.”
