IndyStar in a partnership with Energage, a technology company behind the Top Workplaces awards, recognized Family Leisure as one of the Top Workplaces in Indiana under the small business category.
Family Leisure joined 107 Indiana-based employers on the IndyStar’s Top Workplaces of 2022 winners list. Energage invited 2,173 organizations to participate. Surveys went out to 27,853 employees in the region between August 2021 and February 2022.
“To say the past couple years have been challenging is an understatement,” says Noah Williams, Chief Operating Officer for Family Leisure. “Part of overcoming those challenges meant making people want to come to work—either in the office, at home, or a combination of both. So being recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Indiana means that we did something right. We hope to keep ‘doing something right’ for a long time.”
